Upgrade to the 'B' Station Control Room at Torrens Island Power Station involved the integration of new computer technology into specially designed Control Desks. Allowing a full range of flexibility in the use of monitors and keyboards, the new installations allowed redundant technical equipment to be removed whilst a new lighting system was installed to reduce glare and improve illumination levels.
